Registration for Pandemonium in the Prairies consists of the following steps.
1) Complete the registration application form: https://forms.gle/bmCGq9RhSSAeYEQa6
2) Pay the registration fee via one of the following options. This fee includes lunch and a banquet dinner on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday.
- Early Bird Pricing (until March 31, 2023): $169
- Regular Pricing (starting April 1, 2023): $190
i) Canadian Interac. Send an e-transfer to yxepip@gmail.com (autodeposit is enabled)
ii) Canadian PayPal: Send to yxepip@gmail.com. Select the “For friends and family” option when asked to “Choose a payment type” which has no fees if you use your PayPal balance or your bank account. You may also use PayPal to make a credit card payment for a fee (roughly $5 for early bird and $6 for regular).
iii) American Attendees. You may pay in USD. No need to worry about outrageous currency exchange fees. Contact us at yxepip@gmail.com for details.
3) Once we receive your payment, you will be sent a password to access our ticketing portal on Showpass (which is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada): https://www.showpass.com/pip2023
From Showpass, you will be able to download a ticket with a QR code. You will need to create a Showpass account if you do not already have one. You can save the ticket on your phone in Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Or you can take a screenshot of the QR code. Or you can print a copy of the ticket with the QR code. Your registration is confirmed once you have the QR code.
You MUST have the QR code with you at PiP in order to receive your name badge and be admitted to the event.
